Please note that your registration will be confirmed only if your company has not been registered earlier.

Information about forthcoming tenders is available here. To participate in a certain tender, please submit an application in a free form to sellc-vendor-registration@sakhalin2.ru.

Documents upload

It is not recommended to upload files larger than 100MB. The portal supports most widely used file formats (docx, xlsx, pdf, etc.). If the system does not allow you to upload a file of a certain format please contact our Support.

Internet Browser

- It is recommended to use Windows PC. ProCon Application is not supported by computers with MAC OS
- The browsers supported for use with the ProCon Contractor Portal are: Edge, Google Chrome.
